Services that help us operate
We use SendFox for email forms and subscribed communication, TidyCal for scheduling, and Zylvie with Stripe for checkout and payments. Those services process the information needed for their part of the service. The website is hosted using Unlimited Web Hosting UK Limited. Email and service-provider measurement
The free-guide form explains the emails you are signing up for. You can unsubscribe at any time. Booking a call or buying a product is not permission to receive unrelated marketing. Necessary booking, delivery and support messages are separate from optional marketing.
Email and checkout providers may record opens, link interactions, visits, bookings and purchases as part of their services. We use this information to understand what is useful and whether an enquiry or purchase was completed. Their own privacy and cookie controls apply on their services.
Cookies and your choices
I use optional Google Analytics cookies to understand how this website is used. They stay off unless you choose Accept all. Choosing Reject all does not affect enquiries, guide signups, bookings or purchases.
Analytics records page visits and interactions, along with browser, device and approximate location information. It does not receive your name, email address, message, booking answers or payment details from this website. A link click or form submission is not proof of a completed booking, purchase or email delivery.
You can change your choice at any time using . Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes accessible analytics cookies. It does not erase information Google has already received. No advertising cookies are used.
Google may process information outside the UK. Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Website security and the information needed to handle your enquiry or purchase are separate from optional analytics.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose above, including delivery, support, legal record-keeping and resolving disputes. The appropriate period depends on the record and any applicable requirement. If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing and may retain the minimum suppression information needed to respect that choice.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the options above.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please contact us first if you would like us to help resolve a concern.
